I use AI tools to support parts of my work, including research, drafting, idea development, analysis and workflow planning.
AI is used as an assistant, not as a replacement for professional judgement. All strategy, recommendations and client-facing work are reviewed and shaped by me.
Where client information is involved, I take a cautious approach. I avoid entering sensitive or personally identifiable information into AI tools unless it is necessary and appropriate safeguards are in place.
Where possible, I use AI tools in environments configured so that inputs are not used to train underlying models or contribute to broader datasets. This helps reduce the risk of client information being reused outside its intended context.
This approach may evolve as AI tools and Australian privacy requirements continue to develop.
